On one corner of Stamford Street and Mill Lane is the HSBC (formerly Midland) Bank. On the other corner is postbox Image Behind the bank is a car park operated by the council. Behind the postbox is another car park operated by Simply Intelligent Parking. What is neither simple nor intelligent is the different charges and conditions between the two.
