Apple orchards are a popular home for Mistletoe, but this individual seems to have more than its fair share. This is Eldred's Orchard, a small place for fruit trees that was bought by the village in 1987 for £5,000. The trees are now a place of pride for the parish and residents can partake of the harvest. It is named after the last owner of the land, and locals expressed a keenness to dedicate trees to loved ones; such was the interest that another dozen trees were planted in 1996.
