Holme Valley Memorial Hospital: names (left)

The memorial cross Image was unveiled in July 1921 by Colonel HR Headlam. The wall behind it bears the names, by village, of the men of the valley who fell in World War 1. The wing walls at either end were used to add names from World War 2. Cross and memorial are listed grade 2 (list entry 1428327).
