The East of England Fire Control Centre at The Cambridge Research Park. Built at a cost of £23m and planned to be up and running in 2008, see http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/cambridgeshire/4137464.stm , it has never been used and is currently to let as the project has been scrapped.
