The first phase of the new purpose built Gurdwara Singh Sabha (Sikh temple) on Berkeley Street. When Phase two is complete the new Gurdwara will be a community centre and an educational resource centre as well as a place of worship, which will be able to accommodate 1500 worshippers. Phase one is the main building, which is clad with polished limestone. The gold-coloured dome is made of glass-reinforced plastic. There is also an underground car park which will hold just over 250 cars.
