K.G. Laurence & Co. Ltd is listed in local directories either as 'estate agents' or 'property developers'. Their headquarters 'The Gables' is located about half a kilometre down this road. Why they need this array of thoroughly unwelcoming signs (and note the CCTV camera on the wooden pole) is a mystery.
