A housing development between Whetstone High Road and Langton Avenue [the houses in the distance]. Twenty of the 70 homes being built will be 'affordable' - 5 flats and 8 houses to rent, and 5 flats and 2 houses in shared ownership. The site was purchased from the Haringey Gospel Hall Trust, and was formerly the location of the Trust's Brethren's Meeting Room and its Well Grove School.
