Vita, the first residential development at Ruskin Square, rises between East Croydon station and Lansdowne Road. The scheme is controversial http://insidecroydon.com/2015/06/15/sign-up-here-to-buy-an-east-croydon-flat-for-a-mere-401000/ , particularly the use of John Ruskin's name in connection with a multi-million pound development.
