Planning permission has been granted by Ashford Borough Council under application number 14/00362/AS for the “erection of 27 dwellings with access from Churchfield Way, together with associated parking, landscaping and open space”. To the left of the building site are, what I presume to be, parked school buses, which would need to use this entrance/exit into/from Churchfield Way. As indicated on the information board, the development is to be known as Downs View.
