Viewed across Monnow Way in early January 2016. The long derelict former Merry Miller pub building is behind the locked gates. Morganstone obtained planning consent for this site's development on behalf of the Seren Group. The derelict public house, which has been subject to vandalism & fires and has been a concern for local residents for a number of years, will be demolished to make way for the construction of 19 affordable dwellings.
