The recent removal of some old billboards and advertising hoardings, see http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/4308560 has revealed a small fragment of local history with the name Bullard & Sons Ltd, once a famous East Anglian Brewer, over what may well have been a trap door to the cellar of the building when it was used for dances and entertainment years ago.
