Part of the old branch line from Llynclys to the quarries at Porth-y-waen. Later extended westwards as the Tanat Light Railway along the river valley to Llangynog. Cambrian Heritage Railway are restoring the line from Llynclys to Oswestry but will this section ever be operational again?
