The Grade II-listed property on the left dates from 1839 and was formerly a public house called The Greyhound Inn. Interestingly, it incorporates a resited bay window that was removed from a house in Watergate, Grantham c.1470. It is one of several estate buildings designed by Anthony Salvin for the first Earl Brownlow (1815-53), of nearby Belton House. Beyond it is another listed property referred as The Coach House and Stables.
