A vacant shop, with a “for sale” sign, described by the agents as “The property comprises a mid-terrace three storey commercial premises providing approximately 1,900 sq ft (185 sq m) of retail on the ground floor with an additional 3,010 sq ft (280 sq m) of ancillary storage over the first and second floors. The property would be suitable for a variety of uses subject to obtaining the necessary statutory consents.” This photograph appears as a matter of record only.
