This view looking west-north-west is of the junction of Buckholt Lane with a north-south unclassified road, with a byway on the other side of the junction. Buckholt Lane goes up to Buckholt Farm 1km behind the camera, and the byway goes to The Common, Middle Winterslow about 2km away. Both Buckholt Lane and the byway are on the Monarch's Way and Clarendon Way long distance footpaths, as well as on the line of the Roman road between Winchester and Old Sarum.
