The "Throne of Early Kings" is a sculpture by François Hameury, dating from 2004. The building behind is part of Devonport House and is understood to be a grade 2 listed building, constructed in 1926-9 which formerly housed the Devonport Pathological School, part of the complex of buildings surrounding the former Greenwich Naval College. That part of Devonport House in view is now occupied by private apartments. Pity about the wheelie bin!
