Cleminson Hall, by Smith, Brodrick & Lowther, built circa 1896 as 'The Bungalow' for Charles Wilson, ship-owner. It became a hall of residence attached to the University of Hull in 1951; extended in 1962 and 1965. Acquired by Miller Homes in 2011 and has since been converted to four luxury apartments. Access via Cleminson Gardens.
