Described in "The Buildings of England. London 4: North" as "elaborate Free Classical with curved gable", this building is, according to this http://www.british-history.ac.uk/survey-london/vol46/pp203-221 , a former public house ("The Horns"), built in 1887 to the designs of architects Alexander & Gibson, architects.
