Planning permission has been granted by Canterbury City Council under application number CA/13/01266 for a “redevelopment to accommodate 2 x 2.5 storey, 3 bedroom townhouses with parking to rear and a 3 storey block to accommodate 8 x 1 bedroom apartments”. This is the Image on which these houses are now being built.
