A kiosk to let, at 51 Hill Street, near Talbot Street. The agents’ website describes it as “There is a small kiosk unit of 115 sq ft which was previously used for office purposes but would lend itself to a retail food outlet, subject to the relevant planning consent. The Kiosk Unit is accessed from a side entrance under the archway and has direct frontage onto Hill Street”. To the best of my knowledge the building was constructed in the early 20th century as a whiskey warehouse. See also Image This photograph appears as a matter of record only. I have no connection with any of the parties involved in the letting.
