Alongside the A41 Newport Road. Despite the widespread use of mobile phones in the UK in 2015, phoneboxes are still needed for outdoor phone calls in areas with no or unreliable mobile phone coverage (usually in remote rural areas). They are also useful if you need to make a phone call and have forgotten to bring your mobile phone, or its battery is flat (exhausted).
