Conversion of the former Folkestone Constitutional Club

Planning permission has been approved, with conditions, by Folkestone and Hythe District Council under application number Y14/0411/SH for the “change of use and conversion from a private members' club to 8 self contained flats together with an additional dormer and external works, including removal of non-original single storey extension”. It is situated at 43-45, Guildhall Street North on the corner of Victoria Grove. This is Image before the conversion started.
