A delightful tradition in lovely Wem. I know traditional fairs and events such as this are criticised for being 'tacky', causing excess drunkeness and resultant trouble for all the public services and disruption for local residents and businesses, while traders ignore Heath & Safety standards that apply to permanent businesses and sell 2nd rate 'prizes' while blatently ripping off naive members of the public...but look, goldfish!
