Gasholder leg detail

Half way up each leg of the gasholder in Image are these bolted joints. They are made in two sections. The lattice braces are bolted here too. Note that the decorative roses are applied on both sides of the frame. Although the braces and vertical running rail are steel, the tubular legs are probably cast iron.
