Planning permission has been approved, with conditions, by Folkestone and Hythe District Council under application number Y13/1175/SH for the “ erection of two 50m x 24m polytunnels, a 50m x 40m greenhouse, and a new office building with an agricultural workers dwelling at first floor level, together with an extension of the existing warehouse, demolition of existing store building and formation of a new access in connection with the agricultural use of the site”.
