The IRON House is the home of IRON Press and its editor Peter Mortimer. Though only a medium-sized terrace it offers a psychedelic perambulation, a kaleidoscopic journey through almost four decades of creative artists and their eccentric imprints within the house's walls ... or so it says on the Heritage Open Days entry. Iron Press first published 'The Haiku Hundred' in 1992 which sold more than 10,000 copies making it the biggest selling book of English language haiku in the UK.
