I was interested to see working being done here as the reservoir has never been full in recent years. It may be that the monitor points installed in the earth dam several years ago (see Image) showed that water was seeping out along the West Bank, and the current work will allow the reservoir to be filled to capacity. It will be interesting to see if, once the work is completed, water will be allowed to rise to the point that the reservoir overflows. Next Image
