This bridleway comes up from A303 trunk road and through Stockton Wood, behind the camera, and here looking almost due north, it crosses Stockton Down at a height of 194m. Just before the trees on the left, a restricted bridleway crosses left to right. Beyond this point the bridleway continues as a private road that goes down to the village of Stockton.
