The cordon tape is across the road at the town centre cross roads. The building behind the police car is the police station, and beyond it is the bank. I wonder how long it took the police to get to the scene of the crime. (In fact the police station is now closed to the public but is still used as a base for the local bobbies. Whether any were in residence at 4:20 in the morning is unknown to me.) For more about the crime see Image
