Over Knott Fold Bridge

On top of the bridge that crosses the former Godley Junction to Apethorn Railway, now in use as the Trans Pennine Trail. On the right are the houses that form Knott Fold. Visible on the left are the backs of houses on Grosvenor Road. The weed encrusted patch of ground on the left at the end of the bridge once held a wooden cottage Image The couple who lived there died in the 1960s after which it became derelict and finally burned down.
