Currently home to a small flea market which has been operating here for many years. Before that from 1915 to 1975 the premises was known as Diplocks Yard and used as a barrow hire mainly for handcarts used by rag and bone men. The house is currently under threat once more from a property company who wish to build an office block here, they have failed in their previous nine planning applications but a tenth was submitted in March 2015 meaning many locals will be gearing up for yet another fight.
