Bicester Village station on the day after it opened to Chiltern Railways services. The previous station known as either Bicester Town or before that Bicester London Road had been demolished to make way for this new station. A new car park has also been built. Trains running between Oxford Parkway and London Marylebone stop here, this being an alternative rail route between these two cities. This station serves Bicester Village Outlet Shopping as well as the local community. From March 2016, trains will go to the centre of Oxford. In the longer term this route will form part of East West Rail. More details here http://www.eastwestrail.org.uk
