On a fine autumn weekday many families have made a trip to the public woodland of Burnham Beeches, owned by the City of London. One of the women in the photo is carrying two scooters while the children run ahead, the other pushes a buggy. The cars are i designated parking areas, free on weekdays, charged on week-ends.
