The house hidden by scaffolding and plastic sheeting is number 48 - a bungalow, whose alterations are described in Swale Borough Council’s planning application SW/15/502160/FULL as a “proposed new first floor, porch extension and roof alterations”. Chris Whippet’s Image shows part of the bungalow, before any alterations were made, on the extreme left of the frame.
