The building at 12 Rowcroft looks like it should be a Listed Building, but it isn't. Perhaps it's a modern building in the style of Grade II listed 1-11 Rowcroft http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2914751 out of shot on the left. 99p Stores on the right is in premises formerly occupied by Woolworths.
