This southerly facing photograph is of Rowthorne Lane near its junction with (on the right) Image Much of the easterly side of the lane at this point (bordered by the Image on the left) has poppies growing in the late spring / early summer. Ahead Rowthorne Lane continues toward its junction with Image and the village of Rowthorne. Behind the viewpoint (northerly) Rowthorne Lane continues toward Mansfield Road (A617) in Glapwell.
