Located just inside the boundary of Chesterfield borough, this turning circle has not been used as a bus terminus for some years; the bus stop has even been moved out of the turning circle and mounted on the lighting column on the right. The buses serving this part of the town now continue to Wingerworth, leaving the turning circle to serve another purpose as a small car park for some local footpaths that appear popular with dog walkers.
