This is the view from the top of Leicester's 'wheel of light'. Image A big wheel measuring 100 ft (30 m) in diameter has been erected on Belgrave Road ready for the city's Diwali celebrations. The city's Diwali celebrations attract about 30,000 people along Leicester's Golden Mile every year.
