No.371 Holderness Road (far right), the birthplace of J. Arthur Rank https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/J._Arthur_Rank,_1st_Baron_Rank , has been restored by Probe Ltd. to create four 'affordable' flats as part of the government's Empty Homes Programme, aimed at bringing unused properties back into life. The restored house was officially opened 26 May 2015.
