A seat with a view located at the junction of Meadowview and Ghyllside. The houses in the distance are part of the Moulescoomb estate with Moulescoomb Wild Park beyond and Hollingbury Castle on the summit. To the right in the far distance is the suburb of Coldean beyond which is Stanmer Great Wood.
