An off licence and convenience store located on the corner of Montague Place whose name is a nod to a predecessor of the premises, namely Sussex Dairies, who were formed in the 1880s and refaced this shop in 1904 supplying engraving on the side of the building, see Image for a closer look. Sussex Dairies were taken over by a London based dairy in the 1920s and another in the 1950s. The shop remained a milk distribution depot until the 1960s after which it has been a number of ventures. See http://www.mybrightonandhove.org.uk/images/uploaded/originals/st_georges_street.jpg for an old image.
