This anchor is displayed against the sea wall, opposite Ann's pantry. All 8 crew members of the 500 ton coaster were saved by the heroic efforts of the lifeboat crew - particularly the coxswain Dic Evans, who was awarded a Gold Medal - but the vessel was wrecked. http://www.btinternet.com/~coxmoelfrelifeboat/hinleatext.htm
