Seen from Church Road, the view shows units 1 & 2, on the right. Planning permission has been granted by Ashford Borough Council under application numbers 13/01254/AS for “full refurbishment of units 1 and 2 at Ashford Retail Park to include the subdivision and alterations, installation of mezzanine floorspace, relocation of garden centre, and amendments to servicing arrangements” and 15/00590/AS for the “construction of two flexible A1/A3 flexible ‘pod’ units and associated works” (which refers to a couple of units, in the distance, which have had girders added to their tops).
