This pub was formerly known as The Grey Horse, which closed a few years ago. Following refurbishment it was renamed The Brownlee Arms, after the Horsforth brothers Alistair and Jonathan Brownlee who won Gold and Bronze medals respectively in the Triathlon at the 2012 Olympics.
