Built in 1828 and located on the corner of Upper North Street and Clifton Place. Named after the former Vine's Mill, see http://www.vmine.net/williamvine/001.%20William%20Vine%20&%20his%20Mill%20-%20HB,%201843.jpg for a watercolour painted in 1843, that was located behind the current Clifton Terrace and pulled down around 1849-50.
