The flats are called Urbanest St Pancras. They face on to Camley Road and at the back overlook the Grand Union Canal. The cement wagons will be delivering, or will have delivered, cement to the Castle Cement works just up the tracks: Image There are two concrete batching plants in the area. Time, 07:21 BST, sunny.
