The white tower attached to the rear of the house has a new staircase and lift thus providing safe access to the recently restored attics. The slate roof was also replaced as part of recent programme of restorations and renovations to the semi-fortified sixteenth century manor house. The improvements were officially unveiled on September 17th by the First Minister of Wales.
