This northerly facing photograph is of Rowthorne Lane and was taken just a few metres from the lanes junction with Image (behind the viewpoint). Ahead, Rowthorne Lane passes through the village toward its junction with Ault Hucknall Lane. The house on the left is part of Image Across the courtyard ahead, in the centre of the photograph, and largely hidden by the tree is Rose Cottage. Behind the viewpoint (southerly) Rowthorne Lane leaves the village and heads toward its junction with Duke’s Drive.
