Development progressing of the North East Quadrant (Phase 4) of Poundbury continues apace. Luxury accommodation, hotel and pub/restaurant all being developed around the square with unashamedly opulent classical style architecture using modern steel framed construction with the latest materials. Thinking about it "pub" is probably not the right word to use, "gastropub" at the very least. Dorset it might be geographically but not stylistically; then is the rest of Poundbury?
