This building in Shan Slieve Drive has been empty since the opening of the newly built co-educational Catholic school in the eastern part of the town. The Down Council had sought to purchase the site for the building of a Leisure Centre, but the asking price spiralled beyond its reach. In the meantime the empty building has been vandalised.
